One Good Question

CAN I ASK YOU?

OUR NEXT QUESTION

What conversation have you been putting off?

You probably already know which one.

It may be difficult, awkward or simply overdue. You might be unsure how to begin, or still be working out what you really need to say.

'One Good Question' gives you 45 minutes to stop circling it and give it your full attention.

SOME THINGS NEED MORE THAN A QUICK ANSWER

People who lead or carry responsibility rarely get enough room to think.

There is usually another decision to make, another person who needs something and another matter demanding attention.

One Good Question creates a pause.

For 45 minutes, we will stay with one carefully chosen question. I’ll offer some thoughts, stories and useful distinctions, with quiet space for you to reflect and write privately.

You won’t be asked to contribute, introduce yourself or arrive at a polished answer.

WHAT TO EXPECT

I’ll be present live and guide the session from beginning to end.

You can settle somewhere comfortable with paper and a pencil while we explore the question together.

  • Your camera and microphone will remain off

  • There are no breakout rooms

  • You will not be asked to share your reflections

  • The session will not be recorded

  • No preparation is required

This is not a conventional webinar, group discussion or professional-development presentation.

It is protected room to think.

Thank you Richard for making a space so greatly needed in the world of non-stop rushing and racing (both externally and internally).

FOR PEOPLE WHO LEAD OR CARRY RESPONSIBILITY

You may lead an organisation, team, project, community or family.

You may not describe yourself as a leader at all—but other people rely upon you, and the decisions you make matter.

One Good Question is for anyone who could use a little room to step back and pay attention.

WHO’S ASKING?

Richard Sharp is a leadership coach, facilitator and the founder of Flea Factory.

His work helps people slow down, think honestly and lead with greater clarity, courage and permission.
