  • Payment details


Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. You can view Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/au/privacy.
 

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health, racial, or religious information.
 

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process your ticket purchase and confirm your booking

  • Send event information and updates

  • Communicate with you about our services

  • Send occasional marketing communications — you can unsubscribe at any time
     

3. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Stripe, to process payments

  • Google Analytics, to understand how people use our website

  • A successor business, in the event Flea Factory is sold or transferred

5. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed we will securely delete or anonymise it.
