Flea Factory ('we', 'us', 'our') is registered in Australia at 46 Coes Creek Road, Burnside QLD 4560. We operate www.fleafactory.com.au and offer Leadership Reflection Mornings, Action Sessions, and related leadership development services.

By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services

We provide facilitated leadership reflection and development services including Leadership Reflection Mornings, Action Sessions, and the Year of Reflection annual pass. Our services are available to people aged 18 and over.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — belongs to Flea Factory. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Purchases and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information.

4. Refund Policy

Tickets are non-transferable. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event at our discretion. If Flea Factory cancels or reschedules an event, a full refund will be offered to all ticket holders.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our services you agree to provide accurate information, treat other participants with respect, and use our services only for their intended purpose. You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to access it through automated means, or use it in any way that violates Australian law.

6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability
