Leadership Reflection Mornings in Perth

A structured half-day for Perth leaders who need time to step back, think clearly, and work out what actually matters. Sessions are held in Fremantle.

Perth leaders operate in one of Australia's most distinct business environments — often isolated from the eastern seaboard, navigating industries and organisations that demand constant decision-making with little room to pause. These mornings create exactly that room.

Who attends

Leaders, managers, and people carrying real responsibility across Perth's mining, health, education, government, and business sectors. People who sense something is shifting and need structured space to work out what that means.

What to expect

A facilitated half-day morning — structured, focused, and kept deliberately small. No more than ten participants. You won't be put on the spot or handed a workbook. You'll be given time and space to think.

Sessions are held in Fremantle.

Attendance confirmation is provided for professional development records.

Facilitator: Richard Sharp

I've led teams, founded organisations, and carried real responsibility. I've also spent years alongside others doing the same - across organisations, churches, schools, and community settings - through seasons of change, decision, and transition.

I know how easy it is to keep moving without ever getting the space to think clearly about what you're carrying. I've seen it in others, and I've experienced it myself. That's what shapes this work.

I believe leadership requires regular space to think - not just react. Not more information, more meetings, or more advice. Just time and space to step back, see clearly, and work out what actually matters.

I don't rush people toward answers. I create the conditions where good thinking can happen.

That's why I founded Flea Factory and created Leadership Reflection Mornings - something I wished had existed when I needed it most.
