Facilitated Leadership Reflection and Development

Leadership Reflection Mornings on the Sunshine Coast
A structured half-day for Sunshine Coast leaders who need time to step back, think clearly, and work out what actually matters.
The Sunshine Coast has a growing community of leaders — in business, education, health, and community organisations — who carry real responsibility and rarely get time to stop and think. These mornings are built for exactly that.
Who attends
Leaders and managers from across the Sunshine Coast region — from Noosa to Caloundra — who sense something is shifting in their work and need structured space to work out what that means.
What to expect
A facilitated half-day morning — structured, focused, and kept deliberately small. No more than ten participants. You won't be put on the spot or handed a workbook. You'll be given time and space to think.
Attendance confirmation is provided for professional development records.

I've led teams, founded organisations, and carried real responsibility. I've also spent years alongside others doing the same - across organisations, churches, schools, and community settings - through seasons of change, decision, and transition.
I know how easy it is to keep moving without ever getting the space to think clearly about what you're carrying. I've seen it in others, and I've experienced it myself. That's what shapes this work.
I believe leadership requires regular space to think - not just react. Not more information, more meetings, or more advice. Just time and space to step back, see clearly, and work out what actually matters.
I don't rush people toward answers. I create the conditions where good thinking can happen.
That's why I founded Flea Factory and created Leadership Reflection Mornings - something I wished had existed when I needed it most.

Richard has an amazing ability to lead me to the questions I need to answer. As a busy educator, I often lose perspective on what actually matters. Richard guides me into a space where I end up with a better understanding of who I am and how I best use that in my leadership.
