You haven't had time to think. And it's costing you more than you realise.

Most leaders aren't struggling because they lack ability. They're struggling because they never stop.

Not properly. Not long enough to think about what actually matters.

PwC's 2025 Australia CEO Survey found that 72% of leaders say their biggest challenge isn't resources or competition. It's maintaining personal energy and clarity.

That's not a resource problem. That's a thinking problem.

And yet the pace of leadership means most people are running so fast they've lost perspective on what they're actually building. They keep moving because stopping feels indulgent. Because the work will stack up. Because nobody gives them permission.

But four hours away from the noise to think clearly about what actually matters is not a luxury. It's the work. The thinking that happens in that space is what makes everything else more purposeful when you return.

That's what Flea Factory exists to create.

Leadership Reflection Mornings are running across Australia from June 2026.

Places limited to ten.
